It is built from the Ascendant, the cusp of the 2nd house, and the ruler of the 2nd house, the planet that manages your money, and it reads wealth as a significator of a topic the way the 2nd house governs possessions, rather than as a forecast.

One thing to settle first: this is a significator, not a net worth. The Lot of Wealth does not tell you how much money you will have, and no chart can. And because it leans on the cusp and ruler of the 2nd house, your house system also moves the result.
