Shared account and service
Sign-in, birth data, saved content, Premium access, and account deletion belong to one account. A change on one platform can affect the other after the account refreshes.
Website at augurine.com
Website help covers browser sign-in, cookie choices, Stripe billing, website notifications, exports, and responsive web pages. Browser storage and website cookie choices do not manage native iOS device state.
Native iOS app
iOS help covers App Store purchases, purchase restoration, notification permission, widgets, and device-local data. Apple manages App Store billing and refund decisions.
Safety and privacy
Never send us a password, payment card number, Apple credential, authentication token, or account deletion recovery receipt. Review the Privacy Policy for data requests and platform-specific disclosures.
Billing help follows the purchase origin
Purchased through the App Store
Use the subscription management screen in the Augurine iOS app or your Apple Account subscription settings to change or cancel renewal. Apple reviews App Store refund requests.
Purchased on augurine.com
Stripe processes website subscriptions. People who already purchased on augurine.com can sign in there and open the billing section in Settings to manage renewal and payment details. Email support for a billing error or refund request.
A receipt from Apple identifies App Store billing. A Stripe receipt identifies augurine.com billing. If you have records from both, contact support before making account changes.
Delete your Augurine account
On the website, sign in and open account deletion. In the iOS app, open Settings, choose Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps. Either path requests deletion of the same account and its account-linked data across both platforms.
Deleting your Augurine account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage that subscription with Apple if you do not want it to renew. An active Stripe subscription linked to the account is cancelled as part of the deletion workflow before the account is removed.
If deletion pauses or the app cannot prepare it, contact support. Keep any recovery receipt private and do not include it in email.
