1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Augurine ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Augurine. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate birth data for chart calculations
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. The Service

Augurine provides:

• Natal chart calculations based on your birth data
• Daily transit tracking relative to your natal chart
• AI-generated interpretations and readings
• Compatibility analysis between birth charts
• Monthly and yearly astrological forecasts
• A personal journaling tool with transit correlation

5. Free & Premium Plans

Augurine offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions:

• Free accounts include basic chart access and 3 lifetime AI credits
• Premium subscriptions provide unlimited AI readings and all features
• Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are displayed in USD and may change with notice

6. Billing & Cancellation

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support
• Free AI credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Astrological Content Disclaimer

Augurine provides astrological information for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings, forecasts, and interpretations should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, financial, legal, or other important life decisions. Planetary calculations are astronomically accurate; interpretations are AI-generated and subjective.

8. Intellectual Property

The Augurine service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Augurine and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personal data (birth data, journal entries, partner data) remains yours. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced commercially.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use AI-generated content to create competing products
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion permanently removes all personal data, including birth data, journal entries, readings, and partner profiles. This action is irreversible. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Augurine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
