The three Liliths often listed together are Black Moon Lilith (the apogee), Asteroid Lilith (1181), and Dark Moon Lilith (Waldemath). Priapus is none of those; it is the point on the opposite side of the orbit from the Black Moon.

Methodology: Mean Priapus is computed as the ecliptic point 180° opposite Mean Black Moon Lilith, which is the mean lunar perigee. This is the same value our engine returns as White Moon Selena; the two names describe one point read by different schools. The underlying perigee polynomial comes from Jean Meeus, Astronomical Algorithms(Eq. 45.7). The sidereal variant subtracts the Lahiri ayanamsa at the birth instant from the tropical longitude. House placement uses Placidus cusps returned by the natal endpoint. The osculating h22 point published by Astro.com oscillates and does not sit exactly opposite Mean Lilith, so it can differ by up to about 30°; we compute the Mean value and list h22 for reference only.
