Time Lords

Time lords is the traditional term for planets that rule specific periods of your life. Think of your birth chart as an orchestra: all the instruments (planets) are present, but at any given time, one has the solo, it plays the melody while the others provide background. The time lord is the soloist. During a 'Mercury solo' year, communication and learning lead the music; during a 'Saturn solo' year, discipline and career take the melody. Several techniques produce time lords, including annual profections (yearly), firdaria (multi-year chapters), and zodiacal releasing (life-spanning arcs).
