Face
ConceptFace (also called decan) is the weakest essential dignity, dividing each 30° sign into three equal 10° segments, each ruled by a planet following the Chaldean order (Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, repeating). Think of arriving in a foreign city where you know absolutely no one, and then spotting a single familiar face in the crowd. It is not much, but it is something. A planet in its own face has just enough connection to function, scoring +1. Medieval astrologers noted that a planet whose only dignity is face is barely better off than a peregrine planet: it can manage, but it is scraping by. Face becomes relevant mainly when calculating fine dignity scores like the Almuten Figuris.
