What is an age harmonic chart?
Your current age becomes the harmonic number. Each year of life highlights a different “frequency” in your natal chart, bringing latent aspect patterns to the surface. At age 35, every natal position is multiplied by 35 and reduced modulo 360°. The conjunctions that emerge suggest which natal themes may be more emphasized during that year.

How age harmonics work
The calculation is simple: take your current age, multiply every natal planet position by that number, and reduce each result modulo 360°. The resulting chart shows which planets come into conjunction at this particular age. Two natal planets that are 10° apart will be conjunct at every age that is a multiple of 36 (since 10 × 36 = 360°), meaning that specific pair repeats at ages 36, 72, etc.
The value of the technique lies in the fact that different ages emphasize different combinations. At age 5, the 5th harmonic pattern emerges (creativity and craft). At age 7, the 7th harmonic is often read through symbolic patterning and devotion. At age 9, the 9th harmonic is often read through meaning and integration. Composite ages like 35 (5 × 7) combine multiple harmonic frequencies, layering creative and reflective themes simultaneously.
How to read your age harmonic chart
Focus on conjunctions: planets within 5° of each other in your age harmonic chart share a symbolic resonance this year. The tighter the orb, the more focused the theme.
